How long will I wait for my item to be delivered?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, as we partner with trusted third-party delivery companies to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. The exact delivery time depends on your location and the selected delivery method. Throughout the process, we'll keep you updated on your delivery every step of the way. You will also receive a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress until it reaches you. We’re committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
During busy periods like holidays, sales and special campaigns you might experience higher waiting times from our Customer Service team. Your deliveries may take longer than usual to get to you, but don’t worry — you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is sent.
How do I place an order?
Here’s how:
- Choose from the various categories or collections on our home page, or use the search feature to explore a specific item.
- Select your desired item and proceed to the product page. Select your desired variants and specifications of the product and quantity then proceed to Add To Bag. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout
- Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout
Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders.
we recommend you create an account to qualify for exclusive rewards and promotions that may be available. You will also be the first to be informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions when they are available.
Can I cancel my order before I recieve it?
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to do so. After this 24-hour period, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment. Please ensure that you reach out to us within this timeframe to request a cancellation.
Returns and refunds
What is MVH Johannesburg returns policy?
All purchases are final sale, and we do not offer refunds. However If you are not satisfied with the size of your item, you may request an exchange. Simply reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your item, and we will assist you with exchanging it for a new size. Return shipping is free for size exchanges. Tax and Duties
All applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.
